This time they make us know about revolutionary activities performed days ago by AnimaNaturalis and Spoon Revolution who commemorated World Vegan Day, where the main teachings were health, respect for life and love for others.


World Vegan Days is celebrated every year on November 1st since 1994 in order to acquaint the world with this philosophy of life.  Last week a group of 40 people of different ages, sex, religious beliefs and eating habits who are interested in learning how to prepare a vegan meal, enjoyed five hours of pleasure of healthy cooking taught by Chef Sebastian Arroyo.

The site housed the guests, who enjoy culinary learning at the restaurant Govinda's Ministry affiliated with the Original Kingdom of the Revolution of the Spoon where young and older received wise advices for life, respect for nature, as well as preparation, cooking and decorating each of the ingredients to gain good health and displaying food in a suggestive way to invite the good taste without consuming meat.

Once again, different organizations come together to multiply the message of justice and respect for other beings who share this planet with us.
